Q: What if I just have a quick question?
A: If I can answer your question by phone in a reasonable amount of time... say 20 minutes then consider the service complimentary
Q: What if the problem cannot be fixed over the phone?
A: During the initial phone conversation, I can usually determine a small list of possible issues and can give an estimate for the length of time that it will take to fix and the cost. If you are ok with the estimate then I will go to your office/residence to fix your problem.
Q: What if I need my computer during the day?
A: My evening support is limitted, but if possible, I can take the hardware to my office, fix it and bring it back in the morning.
Q: What are your rates?
A: My rates are very flexible depending on the type of service you require. If we are setting up a long term support service then the rate is lower. Visit the "contact us" section in order to receive a quote.
